Purpose and Mission
Our purpose is to be a year round Christian camp offering retreats, summer camps, and outdoor education experiences. Our mission is to help people draw closer to God through great camp experiences. Our motto is “To Know Christ and To Make Him Known."
2024 Review
In 2024, we had more than 5500 different people attend one or more days at camp, for a total of 16592 camper days. Camper days are the number of people times the number of days they are here. We are on our way to exceed 6,000 people this year.
Camp facilities: We have renovated and repaired the Oaks Chapel. We poured over $30,000 worth of concrete near the dining hall to expand our outdoor dining area.
In 2025, we will continue to expand our outdoor dining area and build two pavilions. One near the parking lot, to replace the 20x20 white tent, and the other at the archery range. In addition, we will do many smaller projects, including replacing 5 roofs and purchasing another 15-passenger van.

Scholarships
One of our key goals is to make sure that every child can attend camp. We work closely with many donors and partners to raise funds to help bring kids to camp. In 2024, generous donors provided more than $91,700 (up from $61,033) in scholarship funds! (Including Summer Camp, Lydia Children’s Home, and several city churches for retreats). We already have more than $14,657 scholarship funds in hand for this year.
