Request

In this series of messages, we are cover the four movements of prayer derived from the Lord’s model prayer that we use in our corporate prayer meetings. The four movements are reverence, response, request, and readiness. This tried and proven worship-centered pattern of prayer gives us a biblical and united focus in our public prayer gatherings, and can also enhance our private prayer lives.

In the first two messages in the series, we covered the first two movements of REVERENCE and RESPONSE. In this message, we explain the third movement of REQUEST. When we reverence God first for who He is and respond to His unveiled glory with surrendered hearts ready to do His will, we are in the best place to offer our requests and petitions to God.
