Response

In this series of messages, we cover the four movements of prayer derived from the Lord’s model prayer that we use in our corporate prayer meetings. The four movements are reverence, response, request, and readiness. We believe that this tried and proven worship-based pattern of prayer gives us a biblical and united focus in our public prayer gatherings, and can also enhance our private prayer lives.

In the first message in the series, we covered the first movement of REVERENCE. In this second message, we explain the second movement of RESPONSE. When the name of the Lord is held in honor in our hearts, (REVERENCE) the proper RESPONSE is to humbly surrender to His kingdom (rule) and earnestly seek His will to be done in our lives.
